The guest list, twenty eight names kept for W1 and WC2
Not one of these names arrived by email. Every lady below sat down with a host before her card was written: identity checked, age confirmed above eighteen, portraits held up beside the woman in the chair. What you read on a card is what knocks on your door.
This page is for adults only, and so is everything it arranges. Open a card and her file opens with it, the languages she keeps, the district whose corners she knows by name, and the same rate card that every name here shares.

Five seconds with a card
A card gives her number on the list, her first name, her age, the district she counts as home and the figure her evening opens at. That figure is the same for everyone, because this house prices the hour rather than the woman. Step inside the card and the message to the door is already written, with her name in it.
Filters that hide nobody
Two rows of chips sit above the grid, one for hair and one for silhouette, both taken from her verified file, not from a copywriter. Switching them on narrows what you see, never the house itself. If a combination returns an empty grid, send a line to the door and a host will name the closest two or three.
A home district is not a boundary
Portraits, and what is never done to them
Pictures are current, corrected for light and colour and nothing else, and replaced whenever a lady changes her hair or her wardrobe. Nothing is bought from a stock library, nothing is reshaped, nothing is borrowed. The photo policy lists the edits allowed and the edits refused, in full.
Still undecided at midnight
Plenty of guests never choose a name at all. Describe the evening instead, the hour, the room, the table you have taken and the pace you want, and the host puts two suggestions in front of you with a reason beside each. The answer takes ten to fifteen minutes at any hour, and asking costs nothing.
